koach Solo
A certified koach leads your kickoff session, designs your periodized program, and checks in monthly. Train on your own schedule — your full dashboard guides every session, every rep.
Individual Training
Live 1-on-1 sessions with your certified koach, 1 to 3 times per week. Real-time coaching, form correction, and a fully periodized program that evolves with you every mesocycle.
Semi-Private
Train with one other person in a koach-led 55-minute session. Both members receive personalized programming. Shared energy, individual accountability, lower per-session rate.
