Koach Solo starts with a dedicated session — your koach meets with you in person or virtually to complete your assessment, walk through your program, and explain every exercise. From there, your complete program lives in your member dashboard, always accessible: your plan, your logs, your progress history, and guided video demos for every movement. Your koach monitors your progress between sessions, and you check in together every month to review, adjust, and advance. Who is Koach Solo for?
Koach Solo is for anyone who wants the full professional training experience — certified koach, personalised program, real accountability — with the freedom to train on their own schedule. It’s also a great starting point before moving to a live weekly training plan.
What happens after I sign up?
You complete your PAR-Q+ and Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire online, then meet with your koach for a kickoff session. Your koach conducts your assessment, builds your program, and walks you through every exercise. Your complete program is then live in your member dashboard, ready to follow at your own pace.
What does the monthly check-in include?
Your 30-minute video call covers progress vs targets, any movement or pain issues, motivation and adherence, and program adjustments for your next training block. Your koach reviews your dashboard data before the call.
Can I upgrade to live training later?
Absolutely. All your assessment data, program history, and check-in logs carry over seamlessly when you upgrade to Individual or Semi-Private Training.
